Janelle Marie Bordelon

Janelle Marie Bordelon passed away peacefully on November 30, 2022, at the age of 70. She leaves behind her loving husband of 50 years, Michael Bordelon, as well as her daughter, Rachael. Janelle also leaves behind her granddaughter Jacelynn, whom she raised from a child, and she affectionately called her, “Jacie”. Not only was Janelle a great wife and mother, but she was also a loving, and caring friend to many. She didn’t go a day without somehow mentioning Disney, and she enjoyed every second when she was there.
Janelle was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and has lived there since. NOLA was always home to Janelle, even though she loved to travel. Some of her favorite places to visit were the Smokey mountains, Panama City, and of course Disney World. She had a such a big heart, and she would never take anything for granted. She was there for everybody who ever needed anything and always ready to lend an open ear. Janelle will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Monday, December 12, 2022, at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, 70072 at 11am. The visitation will begin at 9am.
