James Foster Ballay

James Foster Ballay passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Lula F. Ballay for 62 years. Father of Veronica Ballay Guidry. Son of the late Marie and Onezime Ballay. Brother of the late Claudia Eileen Ballay. Grandfather of Eric David Swallow.  Great grandfather of Elise D. Swallow and Ethan D. Swallow. Also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was a lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 11am.
