J.A. "Buddy" Carroll passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was 91. Beloved husband of Beverly Chauvin Carroll. Father of Kitty Carroll Vermillion, and the late Jimmy Carroll. Son of the late Alma and John Carroll. Twin brother of the late Seawillow Kennedy and brother of Barnet Carroll, John Carroll, Marie Beckham, and Gaynell Carroll. Grandfather of Josh, Travis, and Matthew Baker, and James S. "JimBo" Carroll, III. Great grandfather of Grant and Livia Baker. He was a native of Houma and Gretna, LA. Funeral Services and Interment will be held privately at a later date.
