Howard White, Sr.

Howard White, Sr. entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at the age of 77.  Loving husband of Sandra Trahan White. Beloved father of Howard “Rusty” White, Jr., Shelly White Andrus (Eric) and the late Patsy White.  Son of the late Margaret Rockwell White and Homer White.  Howard is also survived by his in-laws, Kathleen and the late Benny Trahan, Bridgett and Bobby Trahan, as well as many nieces and nephews of the Trahan Family.  Howard is retired from WW Rowland Trucking as a Freight Broker and Terminal Manager in New Orleans, Louisiana.  He was a Founding Member of the Aardvarks Social and Athletic Club.  He enjoyed fishing at his camp out of Happy Jack Marina in Port Sulphur.  A Celebration of Life in honor of Howard will take place Sunday, November 19, 2023 at 5PM, at Outpost 45, 900 Harrison Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana 70124.  MOTHE FUNERAL HOME is assisting the family during this difficult time.  Family and friends may offer condolences at mothefunerals.com.
