Henry Lee Orgeron

Henry Lee Orgeron, a resident of Gretna, La, passed away peacefully on October 28, 2011 at the age of 43. Father of Ashley Marie West. Beloved Son of Shari Heggelund Orgeron and the late David Lee Orgeron (D.O). Grandson of Bob Motta, the late Paquita (Jane) Heggelund and William J. Heggelund, Dorothy (Dot) Motta and Henry L. Orgeron (H.L.) Former husband of Robyn Rogers. Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was well known as “The Fat Guy” and operated Fat Guy Racing, showing his cars and drag racing at tracks throughout the South. The Family would like to express their appreciation to friends and relatives who were with Henry throughout his illness. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass which will be celebrated in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 1:30 PM. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will take place on Tuesday from 6 PM to 9 PM resuming Wednesday from 10 AM to 1:30 PM.
