Grace Hirn Pelton

Grace Hirn Pelton, age 91, passed away on October 18, 2022. Daughter of the late Edwin Kingsley Pelton of New Orleans, and the late Grace Sophia Hirn of New Orleans. Sister of Barbara Pelton Ellis and cousin of James J. Morse (Anne). Grace was born on May 1, 1931 in New Orleans. She was a graduate of McMain High School and attended Newcomb College where she finished 2 years of college. She was an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction. She loved working crossword puzzles. Grace was a longtime member of Christ Church Cathedral, where she served on the vestry, altar guild and was an acolyte. Services will be private. Interment at Christ Church Cathedral Columbarium.
