Godfrey E. Boudreaux, Jr. passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2025 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Karen Schwegmann Boudreaux for 54 years. Loving father of Leigh Ann Chiasson (Jeffery), and Mary Kay Ford (Ryan). Son of the late Ruby and Godfrey Boudreaux Sr. Son-in-law of Frank and Hazel Schwegmann. Brother-in-law of Frank Schwegmann, Marjorie Boudreaux (Ronald), and Robert Schwegmann (Cathy). Devoted grandfather of Kayleigh Frenette (Stephen), Elizabeth Madere (Ross), Katherine Chiasson, Madissen Ford, Mary Grace Ford, Ryan Ford, Jr., and Jeffery Chiasson, Jr. Great grandfather of Margaux Madere, and Miles Madere. Brother of Judy Gros, Ricky Boudreaux, Mary Ellen Legnon, Agnes Freeman, Karen Oseguera, and Monica McCanne. He retired from the 926 Fighter Wing USAF Reserve after 35 years as a Senior Master Sergeant, having served in Desert Storm. He was a lifelong resident of Marrero, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Visitation at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 8:30am until 11:30am. The Funeral Mass will be held at Visitation of Our Lady Catholic Church, 3500 Ames Blvd., Marrero, LA at 12noon. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
