Gloria Williams Badeaux peacefully entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 27, 2024 at the age of 80. Former wife of Ernest Badeaux, Sr. Daughter of the late Homer Williams and Lorisia Naquin Williams. Loving and devoted mother of Penny B. Guccione, Pamula B. Pereda (the late Rudy) and Ernest J. Badeaux, Jr. (Dawn). Loving “GiGi” of Ray Guccione, Jr. (Amber), Danielle Pereda, Cristina Pereda, Jillian Badeaux and Allison “Alli” Badeaux. Great “GiGi” of Kennedy Rae Guccione, Beckett Lane Guccione and Channing Olivia Guccione. Sister of Rita Plaisance, Roy Williams, Sr. and the late Jr. Dardar and Jimmy Williams, Sr. Gloria is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was born in Golden Meadow, Louisiana and resided in Mandeville, Louisiana. She was very active in her community. She volunteered at the YMCA, she was a Eucharistic Minister at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and she distributed communion around the community to the elderly. She was also an active member of the Sewing Servants Ministry at First Baptist Church of Covington. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Sewing Servants Ministry, 105 Bennett Drive, Covington, Louisiana 70435 in memory of Gloria. Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana on Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 12PM until 1:30PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 1:30PM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, Louisiana.
