Gladys Ordonez

Gladys Angarita Ordonez entered into eternal rest on January 15, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Guillermo Ordonez. Mother of Jorge Bardales, Rodolfo Bardales, and Jessica Ordonez. Grandmother of Jessica Bardales, Jason Bardales, Daniel Moreno, Jonathan Barahona, Cody Barahona, and Andrew Bardales. Great-grandmother of Nicholas, Liam, Maevy, Mya, Nathaniel and Nariyah. Daughter of the late Edna Zelaya Angarita and Rogelio Angarita. Sister of Roberto Angarita (Tina), Edna Becerra (Mario), Fernando Lemus, and the late Salvador Lemus (Marya). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was also a loving Nanny of Amy, Maggie, and Tukis. Age 83 years, a native of Puerto Cortes, Honduras and a resident of New Orleans, LA.

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Memorial Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 1:30 PM. Visitation will be held from 11 AM until service time.
