George Louis LeBlanc, a beloved figure in the community, passed away on July 8, 2024, leaving behind so many wonderful memories that will forever be treasured by all who knew him. Born August 19, 1945, George dedicated his life to serving others and making a positive difference in the world around him.
George's professional journey was marked by his passion for providing comfort and care to those around him. As the founder and owner of Quality Heating and Air Conditioning, he touched the lives of countless individuals through his dedication to ensuring they had a comfortable and welcoming home and business environment. Prior to this, George also served as a Refrigeration Technician at the Algiers Naval Base. Additionally, his role as President of the St. Vincent de Paul Society in Marrero showcased his unwavering commitment to helping those in need within the community.
Outside of his professional career, George found joy in various hobbies and interests. From road trips to Colorado with his family to enjoying rounds of golf, he embraced each moment with a zest for life. His love for farming, refurbishing vintage tractors, cattle auctions, and anything to do with the outdoors highlighted his deep connection to the land and nature.
George's memory will forever be cherished by his surviving family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife Janice R. LeBlanc, daughter late Jill A. LeBlanc, son Jeff L. LeBlanc (Tammy), brother George Richard Jr., granddaughter Jillian LeBlanc, grandson Chase LeBlanc, as well as brothers-in-law Tony Randazzo (Helen) and Luke Johnson (late Joy Johnson). He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will miss him dearly.
In honoring George Louis LeBlanc's life and legacy, we celebrate a man who exemplified kindness, compassion, and selflessness in everything he did. His presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on through the memories shared by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace knowing that he made a lasting impact on all who crossed his path.
