Frederick Cole Kaiser, Jr.

Frederick Cole “Fred” Kaiser, Jr. passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at the age of 78. Beloved and loving husband of the late Margaret R. Kaiser for 54 years. Son of the late Frederick Cole Kaiser, Sr. and Marie Baio Kaiser. Father of Kevin M. Kaiser (Brandy) and Kyle L. Kaiser (Stacie). Grandfather of Landen Kaiser, Hailey Kaiser, Laine Kaiser and Reese Kaiser. Fred is the brother of the late Alphonse Kaiser. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He grew up on the West Bank in Westwego, Louisiana. He was a member of the first graduating class at Archbishop Shaw High School, Class of 1966. Fred served his country in the United States Army Reserves. He retired after a long career at Avondale Shipyards, retiring as supervisor. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation and gratitude to the kind nurses and doctors at St. Tammany Cancer Center as well as Egan Hospice and Bright Care Home Health for the care and service given to Fred. Family and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, beginning at 9AM until 11AM. A Memorial Mass will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 11AM followed by Memorial Burial at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Mausoleum, Westwego.
