Frank Joseph Guarino Jr

Frank Joseph Guarino Jr., born in New Orleans, LA on July 22, 1941, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at the age of 83. Mr. Guarino lived in Avondale, LA.

He was the son of the late Frank Joseph Guarino, Sr and the late Ilda Irene Chapman Guarino. Loving husband to Elizabeth Knecht Guarino for 60 wonderful years. Loving father of Frank III (Nerie) and Nicholas (Rachel). Adoring grandfather of Nicholas Jr., Nathan, Talon and Nina. Brother to June Tycer (the late Hillery), Jane Aguilar (Peter), the late Donald Guarino and Carol Lee Cowart (Charles). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

He was a bus driver and worked for both RTA and Hotard until his retirement. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and watching Saints and LSU football games.

His funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 27th at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA. Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm, and the funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm. Interment to immediately follow at Greenwood Cemetery, 5190 Canal Blvd, New Orleans, LA.
