Francis Joseph "Frank" Benoit

Francis Joseph “Frank” Benoit, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the age of 76. He was preceded in death by children, Herman “Chris” Benoit and Michelle Boudreaux; parents, Walter and Rita Boudreaux Benoit. He is the devoted life companion of Carolyn “ Carol” Boudreaux. He is the loving father of Scott Benoit (Trisha), Todd Benoit (Vickie), Al Benoit (Tammy), Kim Benoit (Stephanie), Karen Anderson (George), Rickey Vining (Cassie) and Darrel Vining. He is the devoted grandfather of 18 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. He is also survived by sisters, Virgie Mannino and Diane Lumetta; numerous nieces, nephews by other family and friends. Born August 19, 1941 in Raceland, Frank was a longtime resident of Marrero and a US Army Veteran. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Thursday, October 12, 2017 beginning at 10:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 1:30 PM at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna.
