Flavia “Vee” Adams Vegas passed away on April 16, 2011. Beloved mother of Ray Adam Vegas. Mother-in-law of Sandra Bourgeois Vegas. Loving grandmother of Jules Vegas (wife, Mary) and Jonas Vegas. Devoted great-grandmother of Gavin and Grayson Vegas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jules and Mercedes Gisclair Adams. Flavia was born in Galliano, LA and resided in Harvey, LA for the past 70 years. The joy of her life was her family, cooking and gardening. The family would like to express to the staff of Wynhoven their sincere appreciation for the care and kindness given to her. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 from 9:30 AM to 11 AM.
