Ethel Terrebonne Lirette

Ethel Lucille Terrebonne Lirette entered the pearly gates of Heaven on November 22, 2025. She passed, peacefully, surrounded by family and, most importantly, her 5th generation "babies".

She is survived by one son, Allen Joseph Lirette, six grandchildren, Laurie Lirette, Shaye Lirette, Aaron Lirette, Shelly LaBauve Pitti, Jeremy LaBauve, and Chas Jochum, eight great-grandchildren, Wesley Biggers, Seth Biggers, Devan Forbes, Shelby Forbes, Noah Forbes, Juliun Lirette, Isabella Lirette, and Brayden Lirette, and three great-great-grandchildren Sebastian, Kashtian, and Amara.

She was a proud Honorary Member of the Bridge City Golden Age Club where she received medals for the Most Valuable Player in bean-bag baseball and darts. Ethel fully lived her 95 years on this earth. She was full of life and energy that most could only dream of having. She was a selfless, appreciative person, who always looked forward to living life each day.

She was predeceased by her parents, Hilare and Olivia Terrebonne, her husband, Odrey "Buddy" Lirette, her son, Norris Joseph Lirette, her daughter, Yvonne Lirette Jochum, her great-granddaughter "Baby Yvonne", four brothers, and three sisters.

Services will be private.
