Ethel Lucy Usey Hughes was called home Monday, June 12, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Floyd Hughes, Sr. Mother of Floyd Hughes, Jr. (Loretta), Patricia I. Talbot (Ralph), Judy Decareaux (Leo), Glenn Hughes, Sr., Thomas Hughes, Sr. (Pam), Kenneth Hughes (Kim), and the late Anthony Hughes, Maria Hughes, Steven Hughes, and Jason Hughes. Survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and a host of siblings, nieces, and nephews. Daughter of the late Jeanne Bonvillian Usey and Edward O. Usey.
Age 84 years, a native of Algiers, and resident of Terrytown, LA.
