Elsie Ann Mouton Chauvin

Elsie Mouton Chauvin passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Friday, August 18, 2023, at the age of 82. 
Beloved wife of Raymond P. Chauvin. Loving mother of Karen C. Johnson (Jackie), Lori A. Magliaro (Joe), Donna C. Wolsing (Wade), and Dawn C. Atchley (Charles). Grandmother to Jackie L. Johnson (Stephanie), Raymond P. Johnson, Amanda Eby (Thomas), Benjamin Martin (Sidney), Chad Martin (Kat), Sean Martin, Christopher M. Benedetto (Mandy), Michael J. Benedetto (Taylor), Joshua C. Atchley (Emma), and Heather M. Atchley (George), as well as ten great grandchildren. Daughter of the late Milton J. Mouton and Elsie T. Mouton. Sister of the late Felicie Ann Breaux and the late Milton J. Mouton Jr. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family who loved her very much. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew her.   
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a funeral service in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, La on Friday August 25, 2023, at 1pm. The visitation will begin at 10am. Interment will immediately follow the funeral service at Westlawn Memorial Park in Gretna, La.
