Elmer David "Moe" Bruard

Elmer David “Moe” Bruard, passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at the age of 72 surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Maebelle Bruard; brothers, Sylvester and Calvin Bruard. He is beloved husband for 43 years of Licia S. Bruard. He is devoted father of Tania Bruard Hyorth. He is loving grandfather of Gabrielle Mae Hyorth and Geena Licia Hyorth. He is brother of Marcella Bruard Perret (Robert). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Moe was a retired heavy equipment operator in the chemical plant industry. He was a proud US Airforce Veteran. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Monday, June 19, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 beginning at 8:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM all from the Chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA. Internment Restlawn Cemetery, Avondale.
