Ellis Anthony Guillot passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2017. Beloved husband of Roberta Belsome Guillot for 10 years. Son of the late Dennis and Odette Guillot. Father of Emma and Julia Guillot. Stepfather of Austin Belsome. Grandfather of Jadiel Fernandez. Best friend of Jim and Melissa Briggs, and A.J. Vitrano. Adopted uncle of Destiny and Destin Briggs. Like a father to James Beck. Also survived by numerous relatives and dear friends. Age 73 years, a native of Harvey, LA and resident of Gretna, LA. He was known to all as a wonderful man, husband, father, and friend. "A Good Man Gone."
A memorial service will be held at his home by the family at a later date.
