Ella Mae Williamson passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2023 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of Walter H. Williamson for 60 years. Mother of Teresa Strickland and Belinda Manos (Peter). Daughter of the late Cecil and Ada Mae Strahan. Sister of Emogene Birch, Edward Strahan, and the late Loretha Freeman, Ralph Strahan, Lee Strahan, and Shirley Strahan. Grandmother of Steven Strickland, Stephanie Strickland, Samuel Manos, Noleta Khan, and Bryan Manos. Great grandmother of Adeela Khan and Marling Strickland. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. She enjoyed sewing and listening to gospel music. She was a native of Franklinton, LA and a resident of Belle Chasse, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at First Baptist Church of Belle Chasse, 8828 Hwy 23, Belle Chasse, LA on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 11am. Visitation will be held at the church from 9am until 11am. Interment will follow on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 2pm at Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery, 91 Shiloh Firetower Rd, Foxworth, MS 39483.
