Elizabeth “Liz" Lala Boudoin, age 86, died at her Harvey residence on Thursday, March 24, 2022. Devoted wife for 55 years to the late Ralph Joseph Boudoin. She was preceded in death by her parents Luke Lala and Jennie Brocato Lala; and sister, Mary Lala Hoth. She is survived by her children, Diane Boudoin Sieta, Patricia “Tricia” Boudoin, and John Boudoin (Eileen); grandchildren Jason Sieta (Roslynn), and Jamie Sieta Landry (Dave); great-grandchildren Andrew Sieta, Catherine Sieta, Aidan Landry, and Nathan Landry; blessed to be called "grandma" by Justin and Laura Taylor; brother Theodore “Ted” Lala and a host of nephews, nieces and cousins that loved her dearly.
Liz was born in New Orleans on May 19, 1935. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved to cook and be surrounded by family. She was a devout Catholic, very proud of her Italian heritage, and enjoyed line dancing with her friends.
A special thanks to Serenity Hospice Services, especially Chanary and Cheri, for their support and guidance. The family would also like to thank Shawn Cole for her compassion and company for the past few months. Also, thank you to the staff of West Jefferson Medical Center and The Cancer Center at West Jefferson Medical Center.

Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at 10AM at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, in Harvey on Saturday, April 2, 2022.
A Funeral Mass will be held in the Chapel at 1:30PM, officiated by Rev. William Blanda.
Interment will follow immediately after at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum in Metairie, LA.
