Eliza Cacibauda Loyacano

Eliza Cacibauda Loyacano passed away on June 20, 2017 at the age of 76 years. Beloved wife of Jake J. Loyacano Sr. Mother of Russell Joseph Loyacano, Angela Loyacano Serpas (Lonny) and Jake Joseph Loyacano (Stacy). Grandmother of Lionel “Lonny” Serpas III, Lainy Ann Serpas and Hunter Michael Loyacano. Sister of Joseph “Joe” Cacibauda Jr. (Rose), Patricia “Patti” Harder (the late Kenneth) and the late Annie Cacibauda Harper (the late Bill). Daughter of the late Lillian Daret Cacibauda and Joseph Anthony Cacibauda Sr. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
Eliza was born in New Orleans, LA and resided in Belle Chasse, LA. She worked for many years as a nursing assistant at Padua House in Belle Chasse. She was a voracious reader and loved to collect angels and dolls. She will be sadly missed.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Friday, June 23, 2017 from 10 AM to 1:30 PM. A Funeral Mass will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cemetery in Belle Chasse.
