Dwight Paul Rodrigue Sr.

Dwight Paul Rodrigue, proud lifelong resident of Westwego, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at the age of 65, surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Sidney and Velma Rodrigue. Dwight is the beloved husband of Lena Rodrigue. He is the devoted father of Dwight Paul Rodrigue Jr. ( Amber). He is loving grandfather of Madison and Reese Rodrigue. He is brother of Linda LeJeune (John), Jerry Rodrigue (Gloria), Lonnie Rodrigue (Sandra), Chris Rodrigue (Barbara), Dickie Rodrigue (Keith). He is blessed godfather of Doug Price, Tammy Montalbano, Ashley Savoy. Dwight is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Visitation on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 5:00 PM-9:00 PM at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA. Visitation will resume at 8:00 AM on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at the funeral home until 10:30 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Prompt Succor in Westwego. Interment Gate of Heaven Mausoleum in Westwego, LA. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations toward Pancreatic Cancer Research.
