Dorothy "Dot" Lawson
June 16, 1939 — October 23, 2022
Dorothy “Dot” Lawson passed away peacefully on October 23, 2022 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of Frank W. Lawson Jr. Mother of Terry Phillips (Craig), Tracy Crawford, and raised her great-granddaughter, Nisa Calbos. Grandmother of Christina Doty, Rachel Herrin, and Jennifer Norman. Also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, as well as nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews along with many friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Ernest J. "E.J." Bordenave Jr.
Dot was a longtime Criminal Minute Clerk for Jefferson Parish.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 5pm to 8pm.
