Debra Ann Lucas, age 53, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 25, 2014. Beloved wife of Lester Lucas. Daughter of Jessie Lee Melton. Loving mother of Michelle Lucas, Daniel Lucas (Cassandra) and Michael Lucas (Amanda). Grandmother of J.D. Lucas, Trichelle Lucas, Abbie Lucas and Jocelyn Lucas. Sister of Gerd Zell. Debra is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. She was born in New Orleans, LA and resided in Marrero, LA. Debra will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A visitation will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, June 28, 2014 from 8:30AM until 11AM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 11AM. Interment will be in McDonogh Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
