Darryl Edward Ruppert

Darryl Edward Ruppert passed away on June 9, 2023 at the age of 64. Survivors include his daughter, Nicole Henry (Brian); Step-son, Anthony Blankenship; grandchildren, Anna-Mae, Aubrey and Conner; brother, Dale Ruppert (Eva); niece, Beckey Slayden (Doug) and Lisa Ruppert (Bryce Hartshorn); grand-nieces, Madison and Emma; former wife, Cathy Blankenship and friend, Sharon Bordelon. 

Preceded in death by his parents, Joan and Fredrick Ruppert.

Darryl was a lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA, graduated from Redemptorist High School and worked as a longshoreman for the International Longshoreman’s Association.
