Darlene Bernard Boudet

Darlene Bernard Boudet passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on November 21, 2022. Beloved wife of Henry Paul Boudet. Mother of Courtney Lirette (Toby), Bernard Boudet (Katharine Simon), and Christine West (Tim). Grandmother of Brody Lirette, Frances Lirette, Lincoln Boudet, Domenic Boudet, Jillian West, John Paul West, Liam West, and Sophia “Rosie” West. Daughter of the late Paul Bernard and Lucille Buras Bernard. Sister of Paula Buras and Stacey Dugar. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Age 70 years, a native of Venice, LA and resident of Thibodaux, LA. Darlene had a big personality and an even bigger heart. She loved her family and adored her grandchildren. She had a smile that lit up a room and ALS could never take that from her. She will be deeply missed. The family would like to thank ALS Association Louisiana Mississippi Chapter, ALS Center at Ochsner, Gleason Foundation, and St. Joseph Hospice each whom helped with equipment, guidance and genuine care during this journey.
