Cynthia Ann Payne entered into eternal rest on October 22, 2024 at age 58 years. She was a lifelong resident of Westwego, LA.  

Beloved daughter of the late James Payne and Delores Wolf Payne. Sister of Tami Miller, James Payne Jr. (Deirdre), and Jamie Payne (Lori). Aunt of Robert Miller (Rashelle), Kelci Miller, Ian Miller, James Payne, III, Wyatt Payne, Jamie Payne, Jr., Abigail Breaux (Ryan), Chris Ohlmeyer (Dez) and Magan O'Neill. Niece of Julie Watkins (late William), Lena Granier, and Pam Andras. Great Aunt of Seth, Clara, Ava, Owen, Gavin, Olivia, Brayden and Stetson - and her puppy Frani.
