Cora Lee Martin Ordoyne

Cora Lee Martin Ordoyne entered into the Gates of Heaven on February 1, 2024 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Douglas A. Ordoyne Sr. Loving mother of Sharon, Douglas Jr. (Lisa), Joy (Gary Sr.) and Mike (Dawn). Grandmother of Paul (Lauren), Jessica, Jonathan, Lil’ Gary, Misty (Samuel), Chelsey, Austin, and Alyssa (Brody). Great-grandmother of Valerie Grace. God-mother of Dina, Autry, and Larry Jr. Sister of Claire Monson (Richard), Mary Hunter, Dean Martin, the late Corrine Winter (the late Larry), Fay Williams (Roy), Fritz “Jay” Martin Jr. (Donna). Daughter of the late Fritz Martin Sr. and Mary Toups Martin. Daughter-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Ordoyne. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude and thanks to Hospice Compassus and to her caregivers, Pam Lynch and LaKesha Lambert for their loving care and compassion.

A visitation will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 from 9am to 11am. A Funeral Mass will follow. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park, Gretna.
