Christine May Cruz-Pounds

Christine May Cruz-Pounds passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at the age of 29. Beloved wife of Gregory Pounds, Jr. Daughter of Elvira Remorin Cruz and the late Danilo Serzo Cruz. Sister of Christoper R. Cruz (Reselly), Cristina C. Estrella (Jubanie) and Christian R. Cruz (Mai). Also survived by 10 nephews and 5 nieces. She was a native of Limay, Bataan, Philippines, a resident of Marrero, LA for 19 years and current resident of Lancaster, California for 2 years. Christine worked at Tarzana Center, LSU Healthcare Network and Boomtown Casino. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Friday, February 3, 2017 from 6PM until 12 Midnight. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 9AM until 1PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 1PM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
