Charles Joseph Arabie

Charles “Pie” Joseph Arabie entered into eternal rest on July 6, 2026. Beloved husband of the late Mathilde Porier Arabie. Father of Debra Barrios, Steve Arabie (Debra) and Toni Kass (Steve Stenger). Grandfather of Edward M. Kass, III (Jennifer), Raymond Kass II (Cindy), Paul Barrios, Brad Barrios, and Michelle Dewyngaert (Brian). Great-grandfather of Amelia Kass, Ava Kass, Charlotte Kass, Brandon Barrios, Landon Barrios, Brianna Barrios, and Grayson Dewyngaert. Son of the late Lena Boudreaux Arabie. Brother of the late Walter Arabie, Jr., Gladys Barbier (late Emile), and Lyric Arabie (Mildred). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Age 92 years, a native of Marrero, and resident of Harvey, LA. Pie was an avid New Orleans Saints fan and everyone will remember and deeply miss the fun times had with him.

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 11 AM. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Visitation will be held from 9 AM until service time.
