Calvin William Verberne

Calvin William Verberne entered into eternal rest on January 26, 2026. Beloved husband of the late Cheryl McCarroll Verberne. Father of Craig Verberne (Jada), Chantel Mudge (Frankie), Cory Verberne (Ashley), and the late Christopher Verberne. Grandfather of Taryn Mudge, Shealynn Rollinson, Alaina Verberne, Christopher Verberne, Caleb, and the late Caitlynn Mudge and A.J. Rollinson. Son of the late Warren Verberne and Irma Serpas Verberne. Brother of the late Warren Verberne (Easter). Age 72 years, a native of New Orleans, and resident of Terrytown, LA. Calvin graduated from O. Perry Walker High School and worked until retirement for Willco Inc. He was a classic car and rock-N-roll enthusiast, and longtime member of the Lions Club of Terrytown.

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 1300 Vallette St., Algiers, LA on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 from 9 AM until 10:30 AM. The funeral Mass will follow at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church, 500 Verret St., Algiers, LA at 11 AM. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
