She was born in New Orleans on August 17, 1984. Brittany was a 2002 graduate of Immaculata High School in Marrero. Brittany is survived by her children she adored with all her heart Madison Theresa Neff, Fintan Phillip McGeechan, and Amelia Gail McGeechan, and husband Michael McGeechan. Loving daughter of Phillip Songy and Wendy Andras Songy. Beloved sister of Phillip Songy, Jr. (Erin Cooper Songy), Haley Songy Coulon (Todd Coulon, Jr.) and Brandon Songy. Brittany is the Aunt/Godmother of Nathan Songy and Aunt to Lauren Songy & Brantley Coulon.
Granddaughter of Robert and Sharon Andras and the late Lloyd G. Songy Sr, Theresa Blanda Songy, Alvin Holley, Sr. and Betty Holley. Daughter-in-law to the late John Eberenz and Gail McGeechan. She is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends who loved her dearly.
Brittany was always the life of the party and loved to spend time with family, friends, and most of all with her children. She enjoyed gatherings and making memories for every holiday and everyone’s birthday. She was tenacious, lively, and outgoing, and she never met a stranger. She was loved by all, and all will deeply miss her.

A gathering of family and friends will take place at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA on Monday, February 27, 2023 from 11am to 1:30pm. Memorial Services will follow. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park, 1225 Whitney Avenue in Gretna.
