Bernard "B.J" LeBlanc

Bernard “B.J.” LeBlanc passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Margaret LeBlanc for 59 years. Father of Bernard LeBlanc II, Anthony LeBlanc and Christina Hoggatt (David). Son of the late Lilly and Antoine LeBlanc. Brother of Marie Guidry (Earl), Richard LeBlanc (Sandy) and Susan Tierney and the late David LeBlanc and Mary Jane Smith. Brother-in-law of Judy Merritt and Donna Strouse (Tom). Grandfather of Tayler Hoggatt. Also survived by a host of nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews and other relatives. He retired from Union Pacific Railroad after 36 years of service and loved to bowl. He was a native of St. Martinsville LA and Port Arthur, TX and a resident of Harvey, LA for 55 years. Relatives and friends of the family invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Infant Jesus of Prague Catholic Church, 700 Maple St. Harvey, LA on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 11am. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30am until 11am. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna,La.
