Barbara F.D. Foundas passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at the age of 79. She will be remembered for her many civic activities. Beloved wife of the late Arthur John Foundas for 54 years. Mother of Jeffrey Foundas (Juliana), Craig Foundas (Ellen), and Kara Foundas. Daughter of the late Milton and Eva Dubowitz. Sister of the late William Dubowitz. Grandmother of Andrew, Sari, Steven, and Nikos Foundas. She was a native of New York and a resident of Algiers, LA for the past 44 years.
