Antoinette Parria Wattigny

Antoinette Parria Wattigny passed away on September 9, 2014 at the age of 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Louis M. Wattigny. Devoted mother of Diane W. Remetich (her husband James) and the late Gerald Wattigny. Grandmother of James M. Remetich (Rebecca) and Jarrod M. Remetich (Christina). Great-grandmother of Emma, Joshua, Andrew, Noah and Micah Remetich. Sister of the late Ruth Ricca, Ruby Laborde and Genevieve Munson. Daughter of the late Antoine and Louisa Polkey Parria. Also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Antoinette worked for Wembley Tie Company (Wemco) as a finish presser. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 1300 Vallette St., Algiers, LA on Friday, September 12, 2014 from 9 AM to 11 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow.
