Anita Gail Loupe

Anita Gail Loupe, born in New Orleans, LA on January 18, 1951 entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the age of 74. Ms. Loupe lived in Marrero, LA

She was the daughter of Dorothy M. Christensen Loupe and the late Lloyd L. Loupe. Loving mother of Jude Loupe (Meryl). Loving sister of Mary Ellen Philip (James). Adoring Aunt to Cathleen Philip (Natalie) and James Philip III and Great Aunt to Hayden Philip. Proud Godmother to Debra Philip.

Anita volunteered for many years at the Gretna Community Food Bank. She enjoyed playing cards, bingo and gambling at the casino and food. What she loved was spending time with her family.

Her funeral services will be held on Saturday November 29, 2025 at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA. Visitation will be held from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 am. Interment to immediately follow at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery in Westwego, LA.
