Anise Terrebonne Dannewitz Hendon entered into eternal rest on Apirl 7, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Keith R. Dannewitz, and later of Johnny W. Hendon. Mother of Keith R. Dannewitz II (Christie), Kurt R. Dannewitz (Michele Grasso), Katherine Dannewitz Turnley (Carl), and Stepmother to Johhnie Lea Hendon Westerhaus (Dave). Grandmother of Drew Dannewitz, Jonah Dannewitz, and Aiden Dannewitz. Daughter of the late Oralee Cheramie Terrebonne and Morris J. Terrebonne, Sr. Sister of the late Morris J. Terrebonne, Jr., Ella Mae “Sis” Plaisance, Geraldine Lafont, Raymond Terrebonne, and Jeanette Tharp. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Age 85 years, she was a native of Golden Meadow, LA, born January 17th, 1941. She lived at her residence of fifty years in Harvey, LA at the time of her passing.

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Graveside Service at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 1225 Whitney Ave, Gretna, LA 70056, on Saturday June 13th, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. It will be followed immediately afterward by a celibration of her life at Cafe Hope located at the Timberlane Country Club, 700 Lapalco Blvd., Gretna, LA 70056. Mothe funeral home was honored to handle the burial arrangements.
