Andy Paul Rogers

Andy Paul Rogers passed away on Wednesday May 17, 2017 at the age of 40. Son of Jerry L. Rogers and step son of Paula C. Penouilh. Father of Dylan Paul Webre, mother Brandy W. Lupo. Brother of Gregory J. Rogers. Son of Patricia D. Ashano. Grandson of Elma F. Rogers, Mildred M. Despaux. He is preceeded in death by Joseph Louis Rogers, Ronald Joseph Rogers, and Lionel G. Despaux Jr. Friends of WVFD #1, YMBC, American Legion #222, NOLA APA Pool Association, GNODA Dart League, GOBHC, Ladies Aux VFX 6793, and Post 206 Ladies Aux. He will be dearly missed by uncles and aunts, numerous close cousins and friends, the fishing community of Jefferson parish, and the many sports bars and grills that host pool and dart tournaments. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
