Abel Rodriguez Pastrana, passed away peacefully at his home on August 1, 2025 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of the late Maria Margarita. Father of Abel Rodriguez (Shantelle), the late David Champagne, Gladys Martinez (Kevin), Monica Rodriguez, and Kristian Rodriguez (Ericka). Grandfather of Siera Martinez, Pedro Cleaveland, Kylan Martinez, Julian Rodriguez, Jacob Cleaveland, and Luke Rodriguez. Brother of Eva Salcido, Joel Rodriguez, Santos Rodriguez, Blanca Aparicio, Maria Isabel “Marisa” Rodriguez, Maria “Chu” Rodriguez, Hervey Rodriguez, the late Jose “Pepe” Rodriguez, Celia “Dru” Rodriguez, and Renee Rodriguez. Son of the late Manuela Pastrana and Joel Rodriguez. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 from 6 PM to 10 PM.
