Warren Thomas Giepert passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Gail Giepert. Father of Robert “Bobby” Giepert (Brigette) and the late Julie Etheridge (Bobby). Son of the late Catherine and William Giepert. Brother of the late Elmo, William and Melvin Giepert. Grandfather of Maegan Humphries (Justin), and Victoria Giepert. Great grandfather of Dawson Humphries. He retired from Southern Pacific Railroad and he loved to hunt and fish. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Gretna, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Mothe Funeral Home, 1300 Vallette St. New Orleans, LA on Monday, September 23, 2019 at 11am. Interment, McDonoghville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday morning from 9am until 11am.
