Thomas Roberson Whitted

Thomas Roberson Whitted was born on Jan. 2, 1939 and passed away on Sept. 19, 2022 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Amelia Allemand. Father of James N. Whitted, Clifton B. Whitted (Holly) and the late Thomas R. Whitted Jr. Grandfather to Haley Whitted, Josh Miller, Allison Whitted Downing (Cody) Caitlyn , Jolie and Jason Whitted, Trevor T. and Riley J Whitted. Great Grandfather to Alexander “Alex”, Charlotte “Charlie”, McKenly, Kenny, and Truett. Son of the late James N. Whitted and Selma Devone. Preceded in Death by sister Eloise. Brothers Jim and Ben. Survived by brother Dave Whitted. Thomas was born in Tarheel, N.C and was a long-time resident of Westwego, La. Thomas was a Navy Veteran and he served as an Electricians Apprentice on the USS Boyd. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 11am.
