Thomas "Tommy" Troulliet Sr.

Thomas “Tommy” Troulliet, Sr., age 78, passed away on February 23, 2021. Loving husband of Violet Trammell Troulliet for 55 years. Father of Thomas “Tee” Troulliet (Michelle), Charles “Chuck” Troulliet, Janet Crosby, and the late Beckie Troulliet Pietraroia. Grandfather of Maleah Troulliet Marcomb (Brandon), Brandon Troulliet (Courtney), Jeremy Crosby, Logen Benvenuti (Mike), Ashley Crosby Baptiste (Daniel), Ashley Bradham (Hunter) and Leighann LaFrance. Great-grandfather of Bella Crosby, Claire Marcomb, Maxen Troulliet, Owen Bradham, Clay Bradham, and the future Vada Benvenuti. A native of New Orleans and resident of the Westbank since 1968. He was born on June 25, 1942 to the late Ignatious Troulliet and the late Rita Antill Troulliet. Brother of Anthony Troulliet, Sr., Linda Baldwin, Armand Troulliet, Sr., the late Kathryn Packard, and the late Floyd Troulliet, Sr. Tommy served 4 years in the United States Army National Guard. He also a member of the International Longshoremen’s Association. Tommy coached football, baseball, basketball, and track at Harvey Playground for many years. Friends and family are invited to attend a service at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Espressway, in Harvey at 11AM on Monday, March 1, 2021. Visitation will begin at 9AM until 11AM. Interment will follow immediately at Westlawn Memorial Park in Gretna. All visitors are required to wear their own mask and keep a social distance while following all current COVID19 mandates.
