Thomas Robert Duggan, Sr. entered into eternal rest on Sunday, April 19, 2020 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of the late Laura Duggan. Son of the late Anna Curry Duggan and Patrick Duggan. Loving father of Thomas R. Duggan, Jr. (Miranda) and Wendy D. Koster (Glenn). Grandfather of Christina Duggan LeBlanc (Philip), Shaun T. Duggan (Blair), Jacob M. Koster, Rachelle Duhon, Michael Duhon and Christopher Duhon (Ashley). Great Grandfather of Brayden, Sebastian, Derek, Lillian, Harrison, Wyatt, Hilton, Michael III, Cayden, Aria and Cohen. Thomas is the brother of Camille Portier (Bob), Francis Buyy (the late George) and the late Patrick Duggan, Wilbur Duggan, James Duggan and Richard Duggan, Sr. (Survived by Sally).
