Suzanne Primeaux Thomassie entered into eternal rest on May 27, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Roland J. Thomassie for 57 years. Mother of Catherine Thomassie Guerrero (Paul), Carla T. Landry (Troy), Rod D. Thomassie. Grandmother of Jon Elrod, Lee Elrod, Eric Landry (Misty), Jack Elrod, Erin Landry (Louis), Rod Thomassie, Jr., Selena Thomassie, and Becca Zar. Great-grandmother of Baileigh Painter, Bentley Landry, Leah duTriel, and expected baby on the way Laina duTriel. Daughter of the late Emmett Lee Primeaux and Catherine B. Primeaux. Sister of Kenneth Primeaux (Ann), Robert Primeaux (Jan), and the late Ely Primeaux. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Age 80 years and a lifelong resident of the Westbank. Suzanne retired after serving 33 years on the Jefferson Parish School Board. She will be deeply missed by all. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Memorial Service in the Parlor of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 11 AM.
