Stanley Joseph Robichaux

Stanley J. Robichaux passed away on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Rosalie B. Robichaux for 53 years. Father of Shane J. Robichaux, and Scott M. Robichaux (Teresa). Son of the late Josephine and Philip Robichaux Sr. Brother of Philip Robichaux Jr. (Laura). Grandfather of Alexis R. Wortmann (Mickey), and Reece M. Robichaux. Brother-in-law of David Bourgeois Sr. (Flossie), Joseph Bourgeois (the late Betty), Girard Bourgeois (Beth), Timothy Bourgeois (Susan) and the late Henry Bourgeois (Beverly). He was a graduate of West Jefferson High School, Class of 1963 and received an Undergraduate Degree in Social Studies Education from Southeastern University. He earned a Masters Degree from Loyola University plus 30 hours. He was a teacher and administrator for the Jefferson Parish School System and a franchisee for GNC for 25 years. He was a Past President and member of the Society of American Magicians and an original member of the Krewe of Poseidon. He was a resident of Jefferson Parish and most recently a resident of Carriere, MS. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Visitation of Our Lady Catholic Church, 3500 Ames Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 12noon. Visitation will be held at the church Saturday morning from 9am until 12noon. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Masses are preferred.
