Ruth E. Lucas passed away on September 30, 2018. Beloved mother of Kevin Lucas, Chris Lucas (Karla) and the late Therese Lucas. Grandmother of Sean Lucas, Alex Lucas, and Emma Lucas. Daughter of the late Francis Coyne Madson. Sister of the late Gordon Madson. Special thanks to her caregiver Edith Manzur. Age 82 years, a native of Billings, MT and longtime resident of Algiers, LA. Retired from the New Orleans Public Library after over 30 years. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 11 AM.
