Ruby Smith English passed away on November 20, 2019. Beloved wife of the late William English, Sr. Mother of Carl J. Kane, Ruby Taylor (John), Bonnie Walters, and the late William English, Jr. and John English. Daughter of the late George Smith and Lara Poliett Smith. Sister of Bluford Smith, Hansel Smith, Dorothy Bennett, Carl J. Smith, Viola Mae Smith, Veltie Smith, George Smith, and Alta Marie Smith. Grandmother of 14. Also survived by a host of great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family. Age 84 years, lifelong of Belle Chasse, LA , and manager of Town View Café.
Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Memorial Service in the Parlor of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA on Friday, December 6, 2019 at 1:30 PM.
