Ronald John Stewart

Ronald John Stewart, born August 20,1940, passed away on June 18, 2021, at home, surrounded by his family. Ron was well-liked by all, and what he loved most in life was to make people laugh. He was married to Doris Songy Stewart for 61 years. He is survived by his three children, Scott (Shannon), Donna (John), and David (Tina), five grandchildren, Emily Stewart, Branden Stewart, Jacob Tobler, Erin LeBreton, and Bobby Schroeder, and six great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Karol, Skylar, Taylor, Molly, and Ella. He is also survived by his brother, Benjamin Stewart, sister, Cynthia Stewart, and sister, Corinne Hanrahan. Ron was preceded in death by his mother, Celeste Stewart, father, Willis Stewart, Sr., and brother Willis Stewart, Jr. A private service will be held for the family on Wednesday, June 23, at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY, in Harvey.
