Ronald George Schneider

Ronald George Schneider was born in New Orleans September 8, 1940. He passed away June 16, 2021 at the age of 80. He worked at the Monteleone Hotel for 59 years. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 59 years Mary Jo (Horton) Schneider. He is survived by his beautiful daughters Susan Schneider Powell (formerly Angrisano) and Karen Schneider Georgiev (formerly O’Dowd). He was a wonderful grandfather to his six grandchildren. Ronald was a champion Enduro motorcycle rider, winning many events in the Senior Class. He enjoyed taking his RV out on the open road, boating and fishing. He was always willing to help others with home improvement projects as he could fix anything. Most of all he will be remembered for being kind and for the twinkle in his eye. He was a handsome man who will be missed and will continue to live in the hearts of his family. A private family service will be held to celebrate his life.
